We can basically supply any item located in Japan although our main line of business is with import/export for cars and parts sourced from Japan.

What we offer

- We have access to an extended network of garages, dealers and tuning houses in Japan which enables us to locate and supply cars of the highest quality New or Used. We can supply more information and higher quality images of these vehicles aswell as confirming if the vehicle has any accident history before you purchase. This is a more expensive option to use but you do get what you pay for! Above this we also supply all our vehicles sourced from dealers and garages freshly undersealed professionally valeted and a full tank of petrol. We also carry out any minor repairs that may be required to insure the vehicle is of the highest quality. We can source parts such as coilover's, exhausts, bucket seats, wind deflectors, intakes as well as alarms and we are an authorised dealer of Wheels. All of the above which we can fit to your selected vehicle before collection. Other work can be carried out on request so please get in touch with your enquiries.

- Cars sourced from auctions, this is not the method we usually use to source our cars but we do have access to all available car auctions in Japan. Cars sourced here are cheaper to buy but we cannot guarantee the quality. At auction cars are given a grade for interior and exterior condition. This gives you an idea of the cars condition but through experience we have found this to be inaccurate.

Costs involved when buying a car

On-road Service - This is our complete service that offers total peace of mind to the buyer. Once we have sourced your vehicle from an approved dealership in Japan we handle all processes in order to bring your vehicle into the UK, from purchase in Japan right through to you collecting the car in the UK - registered, taxed and ready to drive. After arranging the purchase of your vehicle in Japan, we will take care of all vehicle logistics, organise shipping and all documentation in Japan and on arrival in the UK, as well as all UK-side vehicle preparation, compliance and registration procedures. This is a hassle-free option and preferred by most of our customers. Fee: £575 (ontop of cost to register etc)

Landed Service - If you feel you would like to simply have the vehicle landed in the UK and customs cleared for pick-up at your port of choice as an unregistered vehicle and feel confident about having the vehicle preparation, compliance and registration processes carried out yourself, choose this option. Fee: £450

FOB Service - Our basic FOB (Fee on Board) service covers Japan-side vehicle sourcing, logistics and documentation and arrangement of shipping to your UK port of choice. All UK-side procedures, including arrangement of customs clearance, payment of import duty, VAT and shipping, UK logistics, vehicle preparation, compliance and registration become the client's responsibility. Fee: £350

There are many benefits from importing a car from Japan. Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) cars generally come with a higher standard spec than their UK counter parts. Optional extras such as air conditioning, power steering, electric windows, electric mirrors, alloy wheels are standard on most cars. There are can also be aftermarket parts and accessories fitted to the cars in Japan which are sought after in the UK such as coilover suspension and exclusive alloy wheels.

Used cars in Japan are less expensive than in the UK. In Japan cars have to renew their Shaken every 2 years. This is a strict set of safety tests like our MOT test but also a compulsory insurance, weight and vehicle tax. This costs a lot of money so most people choose to trade in their car for a new one. Most cars are well maintained in order to maximise trade in value and because of this trend the used car market in Japan is very small.
